Tell Us About Your Family
Start by completing our quick online Family Inquiry Form! This helps us get to know your household, your schedule, and the type of care you’re looking for.
Free Consultation
We’ll reach out to schedule a complimentary phone or virtual consultation. This is your chance to ask questions, share your goals, and talk through any specific preferences or concerns.
Sign the Agency-Client Agreement
We’ll send over our agreement outlining our process, fees, and commitment to providing exceptional care.
Submit the Required Fee
Pay the applicable search launch fee for full- or part-time placements, or the as- needed booking fee for temporary or sitter services.
Caregiver Matching & Interviews
We begin our personalized search, carefully selecting candidates that align with your needs and values. Every caregiver is vetted, background-checked, and personally interviewed before we introduce them to your family. You’ll review candidate profiles and choose who you’d like to interview. We help coordinate and support you through the decision-making process until you’ve found the right fit.
Placement & Support
Once you’ve chosen your caregiver, we guide you through the next steps (start date, expectations, and contract support). And our support doesn’t stop there—we’re here for ongoing questions and future care needs.
Hire Your Nanny
Once you’ve found the right fit, it’s time to welcome your new caregiver into your home!
Finalize Your Placement
Pay the remaining placement fee balance before the caregiver’s first day (for long- term hires). As-needed care will follow our standard booking fee schedule. Find our fee schedule HERE!
